Asian style Green Salad

- 100g rice vermicelli noodles
- 150g green beans
- 1 head broccoli, divided into florets
- 1 cup double podded broad beans
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped red chilli
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, lightly toasted
Slow Cooker 4 1/2 Cup Chicken
Left over cooking liquid can be frozen and used again at a later date.

- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
- 2 onions
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3/4 cup natural unsweetend yogurt
- 450g lean lamb pieces
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint and parsley
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
