You must be amazed at the interest shown in your bread case recipes.! I have just joined in and would like them also. It's not easy to find recipe for such a "basic" nibble - I'm not a natural cook - I need recipes!

This website - [www.derlenbakery.co.nz] - has lots of filling recipes for pastry cases, which I'm sure could be adjusted or whatever for bread cases.

When making bread cases, I brush the inside of the uncooked cases with milk. This makes them extra crisp.
