Re: Lyn's warm milk and ginger
Posted by: Lesley B Date: October 25, 2004 04:01AM Raspberry leaf tea with perhaps some camomile and honey .Soothing and helps really well if taken a few days before the problem starts .Can be great for heavy days .I always dried the leaves from my raspberry bushes as it saved me having to buy them and I knew where they came from . Gentle stretching as above but perhaps without the coffee table is great too as it gets circulation going .Try similar things across a beanbag . |

Posted by: Lisa Templeton Date: October 25, 2004 05:10AM I will gulp down my embarrassment and tell anyone who suffers from this aweful problem what has helped me. its called 'horny goats weed for her' and its a libido enhancer and a hormone balancer. I did not get it to alleviate period pain, more for exaustion[s] [/s]! But it not only alleviates the period pain but it also levels my moods. And kicks pmt in the but!!!If you can get over the emabarrassment of the name it is well worth trying. kind Regards lisa |
