Apricot Truffles

 

Ingredients

  • 1 packet plain sweet biscuits, crushed
  • 140g dried apricots,finely chopped
  • 1/2 tin (200g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 100g butter, melted
  • Coconut to coat

 

Method

Mix together biscuits, apricots, condensed milk and butter. Roll into small balls and roll in coconut.
Refrigerate to set.
