  • 25 g butter

  • 2 cups milk, heated

Method

Melt butter in a saucepan over a medium heat, add the flour and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes before gradually adding the hot milk. Bring to the boil and then reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
