No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300mls cream, whipped

 

Method

Beat egg whites until stiff and beat in sugar. Beat in yolks one at a time, add vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into an icecream maker and freeze according to the manufacturers instructions or alternatively freeze covered in a plastic container.
