Ingredients

  • 350g spaghetti
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 30ml lemon infused olive oil
  • 100g parmesan, freshly grated
  • 200g Regal wood roasted salmon
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves

Method

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente
