Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped gherkins
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • finely grated rind of 1/2 lemon

Method

Mix mayonnaise, capers, gherkins, lemon juice and rind together.
