Vegan Chocolate Cake (Radio Live) by Helen Jackson

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth.
Pour batter into a cake pan and bake at 180 C for 25 minutes or until cake tests cooked.
