  2. OMG this is soo awesome!! I would love to try this, cheese is my favorite food and Ive always wanted to try making it but all the books i read on it made it sound really complicated, this would be the perfect kit to start out with.

  3. I have just been to a weekend ‘alternative’ garden festival with Kapiti’s former ‘Green Gardener’ Kath Irvine and am as a consequence very inspired to leap into eating locally. Making cheeses will add wonderfully to the ‘sharing produce I am fortunate to be a participant in.

  4. Having a passionate love for good cheeses, out of curiosity I have just purchased a book on “How To Make Cheese” and am really excited by what I have read. I know that cheese making is gong to be my next hobby and so am looking around to see who can offer me the best starters kit and then who can provide me with more ingredients and equipment as I learn the craft of cheese making :-)

  5. I tried mad millies cheese at the petone markets wellington, I thought the machine looked easy to use and the samples tasted great,
