i have always wanted to learn to make cheese my grandmother was amazing at it and i never got a chance to learn from her before she passed. she would be proud of me and i have looked at these kits they are great but as an adult student i have not the coin to purchase at this stage .. would be so cool to win one my love of cheese will prob become an obsession..
