Justine says “This cake was made for my fabulous Neighbour, Tony Waghorn’s, 70^th Birthday.”

The recipe is the Chocolate Mud Cake from Planet Cakes by Paris Cutler.

I made chocolate peanut butter truffles to fill the centre. These were coated with Butterfinger Bars that had been frozen then blitzed in the processor.
