I am super excited to be hosting a trip to Japan next May.  One that is sure to completely wow the senses in every way.

Phew sorry for those who have been waiting, this has taken a little while to put together.
But here it is!

Japan Itinerary – May 2026 ^[1]

Dates are May 10th -22nd  2026 

A few wee points
*Numbers need to be 8 and are capped at 14.
*Internal flight to start our tour in Fukuoka. is an extra, this is only $200 ish NZ and I can easily group book this as requested.
*I have checked all hotels against trip advisor reviews to ensure that they are of 4* or + standard.
Traditional accommodation is not particularly feasible for a group.
*The itinerary states 8 dinners are included, that is because there are so many interesting hole in the wall type small eating places that are inexpensive and worth exploring but we would be unable to fit or book a group into places like this.  Be assured I will always be there to go to dinner with anyone who wants to join up.
*Tokyo specifics are not padded out in the itinerary but will be as the weeks roll by.
* We are not visiting temples and shrines in each area that we visit but we will be visiting important landmarks, seeing lovely gardens and eating well.
