Anchovy And Olive Butter

Ingredients

  • 6-8 anchovy fillets
  • 3/4 cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • 150g softened butter
  • Brandy

Method

Process anchovies and olives in a food processor, add the butter and a splash of brandy and blend to mix. Pour the butter onto plastic film and form a log.
Wrap and chill until firm.
