Place fruit, sugars, water, salt and butter in a microwave bowl, cover and cook on high for 12 minutes. Remove for microwave and add baking soda and leave to cool. Beat eggs and add rum, add to the pudding mix. Sift flour, cinnamon and mixed spice and stir into mix. Place in a large bowl and elevate on a rack in the microwave, do not cover. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. If you grease or line your bowl with plastic wrap the pudding will come out easily
