Honey Toasted Muesli

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups bran
  • 1 cup wheatgerm
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup instant skim milk powder
  • 3-4 tablespoons unsalted powdered yeast
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup peanuts
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 3/4 cup sultanas
  • 3/4 cup prunes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup oil

Method

Preheat
oven to 170 C. Combine all ingredients except oil and honey in a large bowl.Heat
oil and honey in a small saucepan and pour over the dry ingredients. Stir
to combine. Toast a third of the mixture at a time in a roasting dish for
around 7 minutes.
