Spanish Ham And Eggs

Heat
oil in pan and brown ham on both sides. Remove ham and sprinkle sugar into
the pan. Pour in the vinegar and let it bubble. Return ham to the pan and
add the eggs. Cook either on top of the stove or in the oven until the egg
white has just set. Season and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
