Spirulina Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup stewed fruit
  • 3 teaspoons spirulina powder
  • 1 litre tropical just juice

Method

Blend
together banana and stewed fruit, add a little juice to help mix. With motor
running add 1 teaspoon of spirulina at a time until well blended. Mix with
remaining juice and store in the fridge. Will keep for a week.
