Ingredients

• 500 g sausages
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon vinegar

Method

Prheat oven to 180 C.
You can pre boil sausages or slice and place in greased casserole. Cover with sliced onion. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over sausages. Bake for 1 hour.
Lovely served with creamy mashed potatoes and veg.
