Ingredients

  • 500g cooked brown lentils
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 large grated carrot
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tblspns tamari sauce ( or soy sauce )
  • 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 teaspoon vege stock powder
  • 2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method

Mash cooked lentils with potato masher. Mix all ingredients together and mould – use scone cutter to shape – will not hand mould. Bake on greased tray 160 o C. 1/2 hour
