Verjuice & Walnut Oil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Walnut Oil
  • 100 ml Verjuice
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Method

Season
with salt & freshly ground Black pepper. Toss through pasta with roasted
chopped walnuts, fresh sage leaves & roasted red peppers.
