Caperberries wrapped In Bacon

Ingredients

  • 8-12 rashers streaky bacon
  • 24 large caperberries, drained

Method

Preheat oven to 180 C.Cut bacon into half or thirds and wrap each piece around the caperberry with the stalk showing. Place on a baking tray and
bake for 10 minutes until bacon is crispy.
Serve immediately
