Caroline’s Vegan Chocolate Cake

PreheatĀ oven to 170 C. Combine sifted dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in
the centre and add oil, water, vanilla and vinegar. Mix until a smooth batter.
Pour into a 20cm lined cake tin and bake for 1 hour or until cake tests
cooked.
