Chinese Bbq Meat Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic (or to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark soya sauce
  • Drain the juices from a 500-600gm can pineapple pieces.

Method

Mix
all ingredients in a glass or ceramic bowl. Add meat of choice, pork goes
exceptionally well and marinate for a few hours.
