Chocolate Peppermint Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 packet plain sweet biscuits, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3-1 cup coconut
  • 6-8 oddfellow peppermints chopped

 

 

Method

Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. Refrigerate until firm and
dip into melted dark or white chocolate if desired.
