Ingredients

3/4 cup apricot jam
2 tablespoons brandy
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups nuts, blanched
50g cherries

Method

Heat together, jam, brandy, water and lemon juice. Brush over cake and then arrange nuts and cherries on cake. Brush again with syrup
