Easy Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 25 g butter
  • 5 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 3 tablespoons cream

 

Method

Bring all ingredients to the boil in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and serve with ice cream, banana pudding or pear upside down cake.
