Garlic and Parsley Marinade Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 large handfuls flat leafed parsley
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 of a lemon

Method

Blend together and use as a marinade for fish meat or poultry, or as a brush over cooked meat, perfect to brush over barbequed steak. Will keep for 2-3 days in the fridge. Butter may be used instead of the olive to make beurre matre d
