Hunza Diet Bread

You can also add dried fruit and nuts.
They call it a diet bread because it’s high protein with vitamins and minerals.
Preheat oven to 150 C.
Mix all dry ingredients together, make a well in the centre and add the wet. Add a little more water if too dry. Pour into dish about 2.5 cm thick
(I use a meat dish )and cook for 1 hour at 150c then dry out for 1 1/2 hours at 50 C. Cut into squares.
