Individual Pavlovas

Ingredients

  • 4
  • no. 7 egg whites
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Method

Preheat
oven to 100 C.
Beat together egg whites, icing sugar, sugar, vinegar and boiling water
until stiff peaks form. Fold through cornflour and baking powder.
Spoon into muffin tin and bake for 1 hour.
