Preheat oven to 180 C.
Beat together butter and sugar, add egg and beat well. Mix in sifted dry ingredients and knead well. Roll out and line patty pans. Prick with a fork and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden.
Soften butter and add sifted icing sugar, condensed mil and lemon juice. Spoon the filling into the cases and smooth the top. When set, ice half the tops with white icing and half with chocolate icing.
