This traditional Bavarian dip is simply delicious served with soft pretzels ^[1] warm from the oven.
The original recipe also includes butter but having made it with and without, I prefer this version.

Ingredients

• 125g camembert or brie, chopped
• 125g cream cheese
• 1/2 onion, very finely chopped
• 3 radishes, finely chopped
• salt to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika

Method

Place the camembert/brie and cream cheese together in the bowl of a food processor.  Pulse until smooth. Turn out into a bowl and mix in the onion and radish.  Season to taste with salt. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until needed. Serve with warm soft pretzels or crackers.
