Parmesan Twists

Makes 20

Ingredients

  • 2 puff pastry sheets (approx 350g)
  • 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
  • 60g parmesan, finely grated

Method

Preheat oven to 200 C
Brush pastry lightly with egg yolk and sprinkle with parmesan. Cut each piece into 10 strips (approx 1 cm wide) and fold each twist in half. Twist strips, and place on a greased oven tray. Brush with any remaining egg yolk and bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve warm or cool and store in an airtight container. Warm before serving.
