Parmesan Wafers

add chopped pine nuts, rosemary, fennel seeds etc… to these to add texture and flavour.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Place small spoon fuls of parmesan onto a lined baking tray and shape into circles. You can use a biscuit cutter to get a perfect circle if desired. Bake for 8 minutes until golden. Cool on the baking tray for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to col completely.
