Sticky Fruit With Verjuice

Ingredients

  • 50g butter
  • piece of cinnamon quill
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup prunes
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 60 mls verjuice

Method

Melt
together the butter with cinnamon in a saucepan. Add the fruit and the verjuice
and reduce until sticky. Serve with blue cheese.
