Vegan Chocolate Cake (Radio Live)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

 

 

 

 

Method

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth.
Pour batter into a cake pan and bake at 180 C for 25 minutes or until cake tests cooked
