What a busy month it has been with out celebration cake competition taking centre stage.
While decorating cakes is not for everyone (me included), I have discovered some fabulous new recipes that I have ready for the next time a party cake is required. The Banana, Baileys and White Chocolate Cake recipe [1] has been hugely popular and for good reason, This Gluten Free Strawberry Cake [2] is so beautiful it is bound to be a hit next summer and for those who love chocolate Mummy Darling’s Chocolate Cake [3] is the recipe baker Emma goes to everytime she needs a party cake.
