Amelia Ferrier is very quickly making a name for herself as the Queen of beautiful cakes in Auckland. Still at school, Amelia mixes her studies with mixing cakes.

This particular cake is a banana and vanilla cake that also has salted burnt sugar caramel, poached rosewater and manuka honey rhubarb sandwiched in between the layers of cake.
