Roasted Grapes

Roasting grapes takes the flavour to a whole new depth of flavour.
If you feel like adding some fresh herbs then thyme or oregano would be great.


  • 1 bunch grapes
  • olive oil
  • balsamic drizzle


Preheat the oven to 220 C.
Place the grapes in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes before drizzling with a little balsamic drizzle.
Alternatively you can place the grapes on a griddle pan for 5 minutes over a high heat
and serve alongside burrata (or other soft cheese), sliced prosciutto and sliced baguette.
You can buy balsamic drizzle or make your own by reducing balsamic vinegar with sugar. Use quarter amount of sugar to vinegar, bubble and reduce until syrup like.
