- 150g butter
- 150g sugar
- 60g golden syrup
- 2 tablespoons cream
Beat together the butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Add syrup and cream and stir well. Pour mix into a saucepan and heat stirring until it reaches the boil. Boil without stirring for 20 minutes. Pour into a greased dish. Cut into squares when set.
