Cranberry Bread And Butter Pudding

  • 10 slices of buttered white bread, cut into triangles
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cream
  • 3/4 cup Ocean Spray Craisins sweetened dried cranberries


Grease a 1.5 litre baking dish and arrange half of the bread slices in the base of the dish.
Whisk egg yolks and sugar together, add cream and mix well.  Pour
into the dish and then sprinkle over the craisins. Cover with remaining bread slices.  Set aside for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170 C.
Bake the pudding for 50 minutes or until just set.
