Chocolate bird's nests

makes 3-4 nests

Ingredients

• 200g chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
• 140g packet crispy noodles

Method

Carefully melt chocolate either in microwave or in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir in oil to make the chocolate a little more liquid.
Add the noodles to the chocolate and carefully mix until noodles are roughly coated.
Line 3-4 bowls with baking paper and place a handful of noodles, shape into a nest with your fingers.
Leave to set in a cool place. Do not store in refrigerator, as chocolate will sweat.
