Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 2/3 cup orange marmalade
- 3 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 3 tsp dry mustard
- extra orange juice
Method
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Mix glaze ingredients together in a saucepan and warm to combine. Remove skin from ham and score fat in diamond pattern. Place in a baking dish and spread liberally with glaze. Pour a little orange juice into pan to prevent ham from sticking. Bake for 30minutes until a rich glossy colour
