125g butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/4 cup self raising flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
1/2 cup white chocolate chunks
Method
Preheat oven to 180 C. Beat butter, vanilla and sugar until pale and creamy, add egg and mix well.
Mix in combined flour, self raising flour, baking soda and cocoa. Lastly mix in chocolate chunks.
Place spoonfuls on a cold greased or lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until firm.
