Double Chocolate Chip Biscuits

  • 250 g butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa (I like to use dutch processed)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks


Preheat oven to 180 C. Beat butter, sugar and condensed milk until creamy. Add flour baking powder, and cocoa and mix well. Mix in chocolate chips. Roll into walnut size balls and place on cool greased oven trays. Flatten gently with a fork. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
