Ingredients
- 225g butter
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1
- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Method
Preheat
oven to 180 C. Beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Mix in vanilla
essence and then flour, baking powder and chocolate chips. Roll into balls
and press with a fork, bake for 15-20 minutes.
