Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
Method
Melt the chocolate and butter over a gentle heat, then add liqueur and cream, stir well and then allow to cool. Use as a dip for strawberries, segments of mandarin, grapes and other fruit. Alternately use as a sauce for icecream
or fruit salad.
