Serve with pasta or steamed rice
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8-10 chicken drumsticks
- 1 large onion,
- 1 – 2 cloves garlic,
- 1 teaspoon curry powder,
- 1 heaped tablespoon brown sugar
- 440g concentrated tomato soup.
Method
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook drum sticks until golden brown. Add chopped onion and garlic cook until onion is tender. Add tomato soup, curry and sugar, stir and then leave to simmer in pan for 10 minutes until chicken is well cooked.

Tried this recipe last night for dinner. Was so simple that i didn’t think it would turn out that well (was a bit sceptical about the concentrated tomato soup too) but ended up tasting amazing!!! Everyone that tried it loved it. Was even better after a few hours of simmering away. Will definitely be making this again!
