Ingredients
- 500g pecans (or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
Dry roast pecans at 180 C for 15 minutes taking care that they do not burn. Remove from oven and toss with butter, sugar, sherry, nutmeg and salt. When cool store in an air tight container
