Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 tablespoon pinenuts, toasted
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup sour cream
Method
Place
pecans, pinenuts, garlic and coriander in the food processor and mix to
a paste, drizzle in olive oil and then mix in sour cream. Serve with grilled
meats or pasta.
