- 1 kg green tomatoes, chopped
- 2 large onions
- 1 kg cooking apples
- 500g sultanas
- 1 ½ bottles malt vinegar
- 1 ¼ tablespoon plain salt
- 1 tablespoon ground all spice
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
apples, onions and sultanas. Place in the pan with the sliced tomatoes,
add all other ingredients and gently boil for 1 ½ hours. Pour into sterilised
jars and seal.
